I contacted him for the second time, the doctor is very attentive, explains the problem in detail and offers treatment options.

It had been impossible to schedule an appointment with my primary care provider, Chandra Prakash, even trying for options six months away. Colton Jackson was the third option since no residents were available either. Other than MyChart, it is difficult to see the value of the clinic's primary care options.

I am not sure about getting the care I need through the primary care providers. Specialists are much betterat least you have a qualified physician looking into any problem. If these clinic plans to move away from primary care physicians in favor of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, it is very disappointing.

Dr. Jackson is the first doctor to listen and provide a solution for the issues I am experiencing. I was contemplating leaving the Cleveland clinic system due to working with several doctors last year who did not listen or care. He is help in a way that most were not.

Colton was amazing! I appreciate the time he spent with me during my appointment. He listened to what I had to share and offered great feedback and options. Can't say In year's past the PCP in the office does that. Hence I stopped going for many years. Colton has great chair side manner. Will continue to see him moving forward!

You seem to have moved into a mode of assembly line care. I felt as though the provider had 60 seconds to complete my visit. I realize it was just a blood pressure check because of a medication change, but god forbid if I had some concerns. If fact I was hustled out of the room because there was another patient standing outside waiting to walk in.

Colton was extraordinary. Through, his "bedside" manner exceptional and a true professional. The Clinic is lucky to have him on your Team.

I've seen this provider before and I had a good experience then as well. I haven't regularly seen a PCP and I was prepared to ask him to be mine, but after he told me I would need to find one, I realized that he couldn't be mine for one reason or another. It wasn't exactly clear why, but I went along with his recommendation. Ultimately, he referred me to the right doctor for my immediate health ailment.

Colton listens to me and expresses concern. He responded to my complaint and ordered tests to further investigate what was going on. He's very personable, professional and caring.
