My experience was excellent. My experience with Dr. Kolczun was probably the best experience I have ever had with a physician. He was extremely helpful, listened carefully, and provided exactly the kind of answers and advice that I had been seeking. His advice will make major changes in my health.

My apt. time was 2:15pm but did not get called until after 3PM. Even though the Dr. was running late, I did not feel it interfered with our time evaluating my problem. Was worth the wait.

Reviewed on Sep 25, 2018

One thing that frustrated me was the doctor saw me and discovered that I needed draining of my knee so he left the room, the nurse came in and prepared the instruments, and then no one came back for 25 minutes. I was irritated and getting nervous so I walked out to the hall and both the doctor and his assistant were just sitting at their desks so I asked them if we could please get my procedure done and then he came in and did it

Reviewed on Sep 25, 2018

On all 3 visits to the doctor or his PA, I had wait times of 40 minutes to 75 minutes beyond my appointment time every visit.

Reviewed on Sep 25, 2018

The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the proper amount of time answering my questions.

Reviewed on Sep 11, 2018

Dr. Kolzun was an excellent listener with an excellent clinical acumen!

Reviewed on Aug 15, 2018

it was a good experience. I have been a patient of Dr Kolezon since 2005. we drive 90 miles one way to see him.

Reviewed on Aug 15, 2018

Dr Kolezon was delayed due to surgery, so the wait was longer than usual, but these things sometimes happen so we waited.

Reviewed on Aug 15, 2018

Excellent input, doctor is very helpful and accessible if needed. Linda, his asst is available if needed and very wiling to help you.

Reviewed on Aug 15, 2018

Linda is a tremendous asset for Dr Kolczun.

Reviewed on Jul 31, 2018

Dr. Kolczum sits and listens to all you concerns and explains in lament terms about everything and that's what I like a concerned Doctor

Reviewed on Jul 18, 2018

This was my first visit with this Doctor and I am well pleased with him and the staff and office people.

Reviewed on Jul 17, 2018

My provider took plenty of time to listen to me. Addressed my questions about using prescription drug. Thank you Dr. Kolczun.

Reviewed on Jul 5, 2018

Linda, the nurse that helps and Dr. Kolzun are exceptional.

Reviewed on Jul 5, 2018

Nurse Linda (don't know her last name) is an excellent nurse and assistant to Dr. Kolzun. She has a great attitude and very strong work ethic. EXCELLENT

Reviewed on Jul 3, 2018

it seems pointless to pay people to sit at the check-in desk when they want you to check in electronically. They aren't friendly when approached with a question so I'm not sure what purpose they serve. There could also be better communication when the doctor is running very far behind schedule. I try not to let a long wait upset me because I want the doctor to spend as much time with me as needed. However, my first appointment with Dr. Kolczun was way behind schedule. They made one announcement that he was running about an hour behind schedule, but I wasn't called back for a full two hours after my scheduled time and then sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes.

Reviewed on Apr 25, 2018

had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor

Reviewed on Apr 17, 2018

Exceptional experience. Professional and caring. I would most definitely recommend Dr Kolczun and his staff to anyone. Great listener who explained my options in language I could understand.

Reviewed on Apr 17, 2018

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Kolczun may run over in the length of time he is with a patient. it demonstrates the fact that he is more concerned with them than adhering to a specific time schedule. I never mind waiting in his office because I know he is giving the same quality of care to other patients that I will receive when he sees me.

Reviewed on Feb 6, 2018

I thought Dr Kilczun really took the time to explain my situation and what the options are. I can tell he cares about his patients. The only thing that I did not like is how he talked to me about losing weight but that is not an easy topic to discuss.

Reviewed on Jan 10, 2018

I disagreed with his diagnosis. I had another orthopedic surgeon give me an entirely different diagnosis but I had to switch drs because my insurance changed.

Reviewed on Jan 9, 2018

I may have to wait for to see dr. but he spends as much time as I need when it is my turn.

Reviewed on Nov 14, 2017

The whole process was a very good experience for me.
