Nurse practitioner was wrong specialist for my problem

Care provider had thoroughly reviewed records, prescription for lipitor issued by another provider exhausted 2/15/24 couldn't be renewed via my chart. Prescription renewed during visit.

The staff was extremely helpful, from the security officer, service desk, the Dr's main floor desk & the nurse who welcomed me. They all were incredibly kind & calming. Dr Hollaender.too, was exceptional ! Thank you.

My care provider is wonderful. She truly listens and explains everything a tally going above and beyond any other care provider I have ever had. She is OUTSTANDING!!!
