Nurse Sandra is a great provider. She explains the plans for my treatment and goes above and beyond to help get medications approved. She also asks for my input.

This is a terrible provider. She's cancelled two appointments at the vet last minute and when I sent a question through MyChart, it literally took 3 weeks for her to respond. That's not acceptable. She also doesn't seem to have any idea what's in my chart and regularly contradicts the doctor. I try and avoid seeing her unless I have no other choice.
