Have already recommended Megan Lynch to my daughter in law who is having similar back issues. She is the first person in almost 5 years of pain who pinpointed my pain. And immediately upon coming into the room! She was so nice and explained things very well.

She really took time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what the course of action would be and why. Was very sympathetic to my pain and took my opinion seriously and with respect.

My biggest problem was I waited in the room for 1 1/2 hour to see the provider. She had a talkative patient before me. I was getting ready to leave when she came in. Need to learn how to cut the patient off and go on to the next patient. No one should have to wait that long whether you are in the room or in the waiting room.

She listened, actually heard me and took into consideration what I was saying. Came up with solutions and avenues to find the root of the problem not just throwing drugs at the symptoms.

My instructions were to log on at 8:45 for a 9:00 visit. I did so but she didn't log on until 9:25. I waited 40 min.
