Nicole is one of my favorite providers I've ever seen. She is super thorough and all her explanations, answers your question in detail, and doesn't dumb down her responses. I appreciate the way she provides me highly detailed information, but then asks if I need any clarification. I feel confident that she is extremely knowledgeable.

I was surprised at how quickly I could get into see Neurology. As a military family, we have moved a lot, so we must change doctors frequently due to relocating. In most cases, it took me over six months or longer to establish with a Neurologist. I was pleasantly surprised it only took a month to get an appointment.

Nicole makes the botox treatment easy. It stings and is not the most pleasant experience but she goes through it as quickly as she can and talks day to day things, which helps ease the vibe. Nicole actively listens to me throughout the entire appointment. I truly enjoy having her as a provider.

Doctor spoke too fast. When I didn't understand why I couldn't have more of my current medication that was working for me, she got frustrated and didn't want to explain it futher and take time to go through the other options.

Nicole is a great NP. She has been very supportive and listens to the concerns I have from past comments from other physicians. She makes my treatments quick and easy while also allowing the procedure to more fun (as much as you can have with being injected several times). I love the care that I get from Nicole and her team.
