NP Williams is very capable and knowledgeable. I felt that she really was prepared for my visit and put me at ease.

Time lapse to appointments is too long. In most cases, appointment availability is 3-6 weeks out or longer for most providers. Immediacy of patient need does not seem to be a priority. The schedulers are courteous and respectful; appointments just are not available within a reason able amount of time.

The visit was pleasant, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I never felt rushed or hurried. Brittney answered all of my questions. She was a vey active listener. Excellent response time to all the questions I had through MyChart.

Brittany Williams walking me through the whole process had multiple appointments getting ready for surgery. She made everything completely. Were free she walked me from step to step so glad she's my provider

It took her 6 days to review my results. Then sent me and email that no bed side manner. Not once but twice.
