She is not familiar with my condition & therefore could not give me much information or advise me. She has left that up to my doctor.

Jackie (spelling), is fantastic. I really feel like she cares. She is so patient and spent time discussing all my concerns. I never felt like a bother, she validated my concerns. I really appreciate her!

I thought I scheduled a physical but I believe it turned into a regular annual visit. I expected a cardiogram which I did not get. Provider asked about my medications but did no initially forward prescription refills to pharmacy. I has to request refills via MyChart which was answered efficiently and promptly.

Jacquelyn was extremely engaged with me. I felt she listened and cared about what I had to say and the steps I had already taken to investigate my issue before coming to the doctor's office. She was very knowledgeable and personable.
