Jacquelyn was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and I felt listened to and well cared for. She sat down and explained the abnormal results on my ECG in a way that I could understand and in a way I wouldn't be inordinately concerned by the results yet aware that this was an issue.

She is not familiar with my condition & therefore could not give me much information or advise me. She has left that up to my doctor.
