Reviewed on Jun 11, 2021

it was more than obvious the Dr. had more important things to do. was in and out of the room in less than 6 minutes. showed zero empathy or compassion for my 16 year old son who broke his collarbone at a college invite. my son was in so much pain. the Dr couldn't find the time to offer suggestions on how to help the pain, what to do to help the arm and shoulder while the collarbone heals, no information on possible outcomes or healing time or follow up. this was the absolute worst encounter we've ever experienced with a provider.

Service was exceptional from the time I arrived till I left. Employees and nurses were very courteous and informative. I truly could feel the care that they have for you, not just a job to them. Dr. Serna and Nate were also great and very thorough. It was a refreshing and amazing experience. Top of the mountain! Thank you!

Reviewed on Mar 18, 2021

I thought Dr. Serna was excellent all around. He recommended that we start treatment of my arthritic knees in a conservative manner before going to the possibility of knee replacement. I received an injection of cortisone in each knee, and felt immediate relief and the knees still feel good now, one week later. I will probably continue this treatment every few months for quite some time. Dr. Serna explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. I made a future appointment with him.
