My provider was professional and matter of fact. He took me seriously and treated me immediately. He was thorough and careful to cause as little discomfort as possible during his examination. He had a medical student with him and he took the time to explain the condition and my treatment to both her and me. He was also adamant about follow up care if my conditioned worsened informing me of the ramifications of failing to do so and ensuring me that there were ways to deal with the nerve pain after shingles if they persisted.

All of the doctors and PA's or NP's that I have come in contact with at this office are as good as they can be. They sincerely do go above and beyond and obviously care about my health.

South Russell family practice is how a doctors office should be. They greet you by name. Make you feel welcome. Everyone is friendly and caring.

Brian took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. I felt very confident with his recommendations and he promptly answered my follow-up questions later. I would absolutely recommend him to others!
