I will not be returning to this doctor. He doesn't even act human. I've seen another doctor for my problem and the difference in the way he made me feel is enormous. He explained things I never realized I should know, and he addressed my concerns totally in a way my Cleve Clinic doctor never would. I always felt like he was looking down at me. My only bad experience ever with a Cleve Clinic doctor.

I believe the staff did care about me as a person, it's just the doctor who cannot relate to his patients.

Dr. Millstein speaks in a condescending manner. He doesn't provide detailed explanations of issues concerning my condition. I feel he provides only what he thinks I need to know. I don't feel like we are working together, rather he directs me at his discretion.

He explains my progress from my last visit and where I am at with my Glacoma in respect to what he sees am during the present office visit. He is always attentive to any question(s) I may have and answers it so I can easily understand the answer. As for ease of waiting on clinic phone being just good, I understand there are patients before me and on certain days the wait might be longer than I hoped, but again it's understandable and I can deal with it with ease.

Dr. Millstein is always thorough, respectful and updates on any changes and our plan concerning any changes. it was discovered, when I said I seem to keep thinking my glasses were dirty, that cataracts is beginning and my eyes have changed. We discussed our plan to get new prescription for my glasses and watch the cataracts and see how it progresses and made an appointment for 6 months. I walked away well informed and happy with his plan. He is purposeful and not rushing to make a quick fix or decision. Very happy with him as my doctor and would highly recommend him.
