Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Billow and her team are absolutely amazing. They truly make a patient feel comfortable and like a human being rather than a number (something I can't say about other departments within the Cleveland Clinic Network)

I have already recommended Dr. Billow to a friend of mine who is having female problems. I feel like a real person who is being listened to every single time I'm on the ph or in Dr. Billow's office.

My first appointment with Dr. Billow was to discuss some potentially scary results from a test I had completed. She made me feel at ease immediately. She was so warm and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and make sure to answer I had any questions I had. I am a nurse and I appreciate so much when providers don't assume I know what they are talking about. My aunt who is also a nurse came with me to this appointment, Dr. Billow made sure we both felt comfortable before leaving. She even took the time to draw diagrams- It was so helpful.

It can be difficult getting ahold of your doctors' office with calling. I normally get transferred a few times, experience dropped calls (occasionally) or I get transferred to another recording and have to start over. It can take a while. But everyone is very professional and pleasant.
