Jennifer Harris, PA was amazingly respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed !!! She took time to be sure we had the correct swab for the procedure she was doing. She informed me there is an actual test to determine if one has shingles! She did not simply guess.. I very much appreciated t hat. She also conversed with me about my questions, She is very good!!! AND, when the condition spread the following week, she responded to a message I sent on the weekend, setting up another appt. And planned for another procedure if I wanted to go further investigating.. Or wait and watch. Really like working with her!!!!!

My visit was incredibly rushed - exactly 15 minutes & she was out the door. I had more questions & left not understanding my condition. I have had excellent healthcare from all of my providers at Cleveland Clinic for 6 years until this appt.

The PA only said my skin looked good and to wear sunscreen, sunglasses & a hat. When I looked at my notes from the appointment it said she told me lots of things..that she never did.

After my August 2023 visit with the dermatologist who dismissed my concerns about a place on my chin I had my first appointment with Jennifer Harris. She listened to my concerns and agreed that I had a skin cancer on my chin that needed to be addressed. This was my first six month skin check with her and she is thorough, pleasant, and listens to my concerns. She actually found two additional skin cancers that I was not aware of. My dermatologist with Cleveland Clinic told me not to come back for a year and if this had happened, I would have had three skin cancers go unchecked.

Was rude and the appointment was very short. She arrived late to the visit and acted as if I was wasting her time by being there. It was a virtual visit and I ended up stuck in stop in go traffic and I explained that to her- she was very inconsiderate and told me "you need hop off the highway so I can actually evaluate." I had already explained my situation and stated I was about to arrive. Wouldn't recommend

It was all very businesslike, with no real explanations of what she was removing and, when she found something, what the options were. She was never rude or unkind, but I didn't even know where she was freezing growths until I got home and looked into the mirror.

When I first got there to check in , early. They had my name wrong in the system so it took them 20 mins to figure out how to fix it which made me late for the appt. Which wasn't a big deal until I got downstairs to see the Dr. The nurse came and got me and I noticed she was talking fast but whatever. The Dr came in asked what was wrong . I started explaining and she started looking at her watch. She looked at her watch no less then 5 times In a 10 min visit. The appt was made to check back and 2 spots of concern . I never got straight answers , she never looked at my back . I was told I had been late ( not my fault ) and she didn't have time ( looking at watch again) she had 2 meetings at 12. I should work on being on time . When I tried telling her that they couldn't get me checked in and was up there for 20 mins she said then be early , I have a meeting to get to . I asked her if she could at least give my back a skin check and she said no time and that's not what the appt was for . It's exactly what the appt was for and the nurse even read that to me at the start of the appt. She must have told me she had to go to her meeting no less then 4 times and to make another appt if that's what I wanted. She left and then nurse asked if I would want to make another appt. Gee , no thanks. She also came in with another girl. I have no idea who it was . Was never asked or introduced to said person . Probably cause she had a meeting . Sorry but your a Dr. If you have a meeting at noon don't make appts at 1140. Ishe had no compassion , suggestions or answers for any of my questions.

Jennifer is very excited about the science behind what she does but very personable and caring; goes the extra mile- shortly after my visit she called with some follow up information I'd casually asked about - definitely above and beyond!

She introduced herself and said nice to meet you upon arrival when I was there for a follow up for the medications she prescribed me. She prescribed me clindamycin topical which she told me in November was category B and I should use it every morning. I'm pregnant. On this day she said, "you only use it a few times a week right as needed, because it is category c." I went Back to my appointment notes from the initial appointment and indeed it said to use it every day, as I had thought. I Left The clinic in my car crying thinking I had taken medication daily for months that harmed my baby. I called My OB and she ensured me the medication was safe for me to take. I would Not recommend her.
