Julia was very informative and caring for my needs and concerns for further wound care and how I can move forward, including explaining the importance to go see a podiatrist to check my feet on a regular basis due to neuropathy.

The care provider was amazing and kind. She explained all parts of the procedure. The procedure was a biopsy in a delicate area and I had very little discomfort because of her skill.
