DURING MY APPOINTMENT, MY STOMA NURSE JESSICA, HAD THE PA JESSICA COME IN! SHE EXPLAINED MY NEEDING TO GET ESTABLISHED WITH A COLORECTAL SURGEON AND A GI DOCTOR! SHE WAS KIND AND THOUGHTFUL AND I APPRECIATED HER HELP!!!

Jessica was excellent. She explained everything before the test and again as she did the test.

The whole exam lasted 5 mins. Nothing was In range and I failed one part, no consult, no further Investigation. It has been almost 3 years and a bunch of doctors just getting to cleveland, I was definitely expecting more. I dont really know anything new and my next apt is months away in april. But still better than wv, so thank you for atleast pointing me in the right direction.
