NP patient with me and my daughter when we asked questions and asked for explanations. An aneurysm was a completely new area of my health. All concerns were handled professionally

2nd visit with Dr. Fagert in 2 years. Her medical knowledge and ability to diagnose and evaluate my condition was very impressive. She went through my tests and diagnosis step by step and explained everything to me directly and compassionately. I left the appointmemt less anxious and confident in my prognosis. She is also a very nice person and we chatted about non-medical things as well. I wish she was my PCP and hope she stays on with the clinic for the rest of her career.

I was very impressed with Ms. Fagert's level of professionalism, respect and courtesy towards me as her patient. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with kindness and empathy.

My provider this visit spent a good amount if time answering my questions especially the comparison of the latest mri vs the previous one. She was very helpful.
