I had an awful experience with a knee surgeons who is with crystal clinic a few months before. Dr Preston was the exact opposite of that experience (which had me not wanting to do surgery) and was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered in the office was the same way. Great experience!

She gave me a cortisone shot in my left knee that she said would start to feel better in a few days. It's been a week and I'm still in a great deal of pain.

I had an earlier date appointment and within 7 days of scheduling, I was called because Dr. Preston had to cancel and ended up pushing my appointment to another month before getting in to see her.

Dr. Preston pretty much said that she wouldn't do surgery and wouldn't give me narcotics for the pain. I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment with ANOTHER orthopedic doctor to get this shot that she claims will help. So I have to wait ANOTHER month for the injection, which ended up getting rescheduled because the scheduler didn't allow enough time for the procedure.

Dr. Preston's office was very helpful & efficient. The Cleveland Clinic website is very difficult to get information. Central scheduling is not efficient.
