Very professional group. Appointment was on time, X-Rays were ordered and completed with 1o minutes. Dr. Preston explained my problems to me in a clear, concise manner and also outlined the options available to me. I highly recommend this group.

All staff friendly, courteous, LPN Dee was kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Dee provided excellent patient ed regrading Injury and brace. Kyle PA was outstanding as well. He was thorough In his assessment and explanations. Dr. Preston is outstanding in medical care snd expertise . She is also kind and provides thorough explanations re plan of care and outcomes.

My visit with Dr Preston is always a very home like setting as if we are family the secretary is very kind and respectful the nurse is also the same they are all wonderful people that work for doctor Heather Preston she is amazing she make you feel right at home and she's taking care of whatever health issues you have and she also make you feel comfortable as you are getting your shot or whatever you haven't done for your health anytime you come I really enjoy coming to the Cleveland clinic under the guidance of Dr Heather Preston and her entire office personnel they also kind of wonderful very helpful and I love coming there because they treat you with respect kindness and love so God bless you all not depression and your staff at the Cleveland clinic as you take care of my need for therapy with my knee that's causing me problem the issues has gotten less painful and my knees don't bother me a lot now the care that doctor person in her office personnel give to you is an amazing it makes you want to come back when it's time for another visit they are so friendly very warm and respectful staff that works and Dr Heather Preston's office of the Cleveland clinic I love you all so much thank you for having to take care of my my knees and make it easier for me to get around God bless you I love you I'll see you soon you are wonderful people wonderful and kind and respectful I love you all

I just finished some comment about the service I received which is very good 100% with everything dealing with the staff of Cleveland clinic Dr Heather Preston was very good very caring very special a lot of fun talking to the staff and two doctor had the president on sale which is a very kind doctor very rewarding and I will return because I enjoyed the treatment and the care that they give to me and my pain and make it go away with the treatment thank you all at the Cleveland clinic on the doctor Heather Preston I love you all so much I shall return For care another guidance of Cleveland clinic Dr Heather Preston and her staff are amazing thank you God bless you all
