Theresa is easily acceptable and responsive. Very caring. The availability of doctors at Cleveland Clinic is limited and access to MD's is limited. If you need to see a specialist there is no urgency overall to get you an appointment. This is not with this caretaker but Cleveland Clinic in general.

PA took the time to listen to my problems with pain and talked through options with me and we mutually agreed on a plan of care. She was kind and listened. She also made referrals for follow up care. I really liked her

I'm in the process of changing from Family Medicine ( which has become completely unsatisfactory for me). I have had 2 appointments in Internal Medicine ( first with a PA & then with Theresa Fenohr) ) both were very good/ helpful. Waiting for a doctor now.

I will wait to meet the doctor before I recommend this department to any family or friends. So many people in my life are unhappy with their primary care. I think of primary care as the first step( very important). Unless you have an emergency, then you pray for a good doctor!

I really like her a lot. She is down to earth, very engaging, knowledgeable, answers questions and takes her time explaining things to us. We're NEVER feel rushed with her as we do other physicians.

NP FENHOR Listened to me and heard what I was saying. She followed appropriate protocol and made me feel better about what I was dealing with. She's amazing. Better than any primary doctor I've ever had.

I could not get into my Primary for 5 months and was kindly taken by Internal Medicine. The South Point Strongsville family Medicine needs more Primary doctors immediately. But Theresa Fenhor was fabulous
