I greatly appreciate the staff at South Pointe. They always show genuine concern at appointments as well as in the emergency department. The doctor even called to check on me one or two days later. They are the best caregivers. I'm very grateful to have access to your facility.

I scheduled for a physical and the Doc told me that we didnt have time. Asked why I was there like it was a bother. Had to repeat myself a few times and didnt seem like he was really listening to what I was saying. My concern were bumps on my head and a few skin tags and he told me to just contact dermatology. Discussed back pain and a MRI I had last year and told me to go se neurosurgery when I think a back and spine doctor would have been more appropriate. Didnt really have time to think or ask questions as it seemed like he was trying to get me out of the office as quickly as possible.
