I feel being seen by Andrea. It's just as good as being seen by the doctor. She is very knowledgeable and cares about you as a patient and as a person.

She was personable and easy to interact with. Never rushed nor deflected questions. Educated me about meaningfulness of lab values and how to improve my health in regard to the concerning labs. And her advice proved to be accurate when subsequent labs showed that the suggested behavior changes were effective.

I appreciate the prompt service provided by the Cleveland Clinic staff. Scheduling, check in, nursing and doctors. It seems that the teamwork between varies dept. Is excellent.I would highly recommend your staff.
