I truly feel that Mathew Schaefer cares about his patients and takes time to listen to all concerns. He never makes me feel rushed. I drive over 45 minutes for appointments with him because of the great care that he provides and will continue to do so.

It was my first time meeting him and I liked that I could tell he read over my chart prior to my appointment and could provide a plan to treat on that video visit. I would like to schedule with him again.

This was my best Botox experience at the Cleveland Clinic. I didn't have as much pain as usual and he took his time to discuss the procedure. I can't express how grateful I am to have had him listen to me and discuss options. I will only see him from now on for my Botox for migraines procedures.
