I truly feel that Mathew Schaefer cares about his patients and takes time to listen to all concerns. He never makes me feel rushed. I drive over 45 minutes for appointments with him because of the great care that he provides and will continue to do so.

It was my first time meeting him and I liked that I could tell he read over my chart prior to my appointment and could provide a plan to treat on that video visit. I would like to schedule with him again.

He was very nice, and went through everything with me. It was my first experience with him, and he took the previous doctor's notes into consideration as well as including my input.

This was my best Botox experience at the Cleveland Clinic. I didn't have as much pain as usual and he took his time to discuss the procedure. I can't express how grateful I am to have had him listen to me and discuss options. I will only see him from now on for my Botox for migraines procedures.

We had a very hard time try to schedule an appointment with our regular doctor. Finally we were given the option to meet with an assistant of his. My husband wasn't happy about this( the appointment was for me, I had been having several issues recently that n?e to be be addressed)but finally out of frustration took the appointment with the associate. It ended up we both liked him very much and he seemed extremely knowledgeable! And most importantly he was very helpful!
