I felt Jena seemed very calm, informative, and clear in her communication. I was nervous going into the appointment but felt more comfortable about her completing the procedure for my son as she talked with me about it and answered my questions.

There are not enough words to say how wonderful she is.We had her when my child was only 2 weeks old.So it was so coincidental but wonderful that we had her again.She remembered us and she took wonderful care of my son.I cannot give enough praise for this provider

Jenna was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. She took plenty of time to discuss our concerns and options.

I wasn't able to book a sooner appointment due to the busy schedules of all staff. I was also looking forward to be seen by a provider but this was quite difficult as I couldn't find any available slots in 3 months

Jena Pitts is awesome. Perfect demeaner (: as well as being professional. Especially appreciate how she spoke to my 8 yr old...not like how sometimes he will get more of baby talk. Kudos to you Jena! A+
