Dr. Daniel was very informative in recommending the procedure needed and was very quick to establish control of the high-pressure in the eye. Very thankful that he was able to accommodate and get the surgery taken care of right away.

Love dr s Kumar . He got me started on BP medication right away . Set up return date as well. He was very concerned and it wasn't even that high . I am a nurse . I know high blood pressure when I see one !

I never had Glaucoma explained to me the way Dr. Petkovek explained it. I also wasn't aware that there is more than one type of Glaucoma. He also told me about a possible Retina surgery in the future, if my condition worsens. He was really knowledgeable and informative.

I commend him for taking the time to fully explain each procedure and answering my queries.Trust me, this has been a rare experience for me. Candidly speaking, most physicians I've seen at other medical facilities seem to always be rushing to end the appointment. In fact, often I almost had to pull his/her coat just to pose a query and obtain an accurate, brief and clear response.

I like Dr. P very much, he's very professional and courteous. He doesn't rush, but takes his time in going over any concerns during my visit with him and questions to him. I feel like I get a thorough checkup with him to include images and feel like he's keeping an eye on everything every 6 months.

I was terribly impressed with the Westlake eye clinic. Everything flowed smoothly from the front office to the nurse who first saw me and finally with Dr. Petkovsek. I've had treatment in three other Cleveland Clinic ophthalmology depts and the Westlake office is by far the best.

I liked Dr. Petkovsek's approach from the initial appointment. Although the wait was long for me to get surgery, my confidence in him did not waiver. He was patient and educational. He provided thorough answers to any question I posed. He did not hurry me and allowed plenty of time for questions.

Dr Petkovsek is an exceptional glaucoma specialist. I asked for help in selecting a provider closer to my home and to avoid downtown Cleveland freeways, traffic and parking. Dr petkovsek was very responsive and helpful. I made it clear that I was 100% satisfied with services. Just the travel experience was difficult. My husband needs to take me because I'm usually dialated.

He is an excellent physician. I trust him completely with my eye care. My mother had gone blind with macular degeneration before she passed away and my father had glaucoma. Having a physician this good is very reassuring.
