Even BEYOND 5 in every category. I will repeat myself: Suzanne Meaney offered, as always, extremely professional service. I had been so sick for 15 days, and her expert opinion offered treatment ( z pack) that worked immediately! I was finally out of misery. This was after I had gone to the Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care in Lyndhurst nine days prior to seeing Suzanne, which was the complete opposite experience. In fact, I believe that chest x-ray was not interpreted properly. Also, Suzanne has a way about her in which she shows that she truly cares. I am grateful.

Suzanne, Nurse Practitioner. I was very pleased with my visit with her and I felt she cared about the issue I was experiencing. I felt I had a thorough exam for my problem and made suggestions for things I might due to help myself. She also referred me to therapy and to see a neurologist regarding my problem to be sure there was nothing to be concerned about and she said it would be used as a baseline if something more would develop. I believe this was the first time I've seen a Nurse Practitioner and I felt she covered a lot of bases to be sure I was taken are of properly.

First time seeing NP Meany. I was hesitant at first due to my past complex health issues topped off with a new progressive condition from a likely cause explained. NP Meany welcomed me and helped me feel comfortable and reassured around the issue at hand with her open mind and knowledge around medicine and science. It was refreshing to hear the rare was welcomed because In my opinion thats how science moves forward. She really listened and offered a reasonable solution.

It's a little frustrating that no doctors are ever available. The NA and CNP were both very nice and did a fine job. But I would like to be able to identify a doctor for long term care matters.

This was a NP. She was ok but would not prescribe an antibiotic until I came back a second time and by that time I had gotten bronchitis. Now I was sick way longer than I needed to be. I am 71 years old.

Dr Susanne Meaney was excellent. I was not able to get in with a doctor at the clinic for weeks until she squeezed me in and helped connect me to other providers. From just this experience, I did not find the care at the clinic to be accessible prior to seeing her.

I have been previously seen by Ms. Meaney and found her to be consistently friendly and caring. She responds to my complaints and questions in an easily understandable fashion and likewise explains the reasons for a recommended course of treatment. In this instance, she also specifically asked if I agreed with the treatment plan, which I did.
