Kat was excellent. This was an embarrassing visit for me and she put me at ease with her courteous and professional behavior, competence, and knowledge of my condition. Definitely the gold standard for care and the Cleveland Clinic way!

I had to do a rather "invasive test" and she was so kind and careful throughout the entire test. She never made me feel embarrassed and she explained each movement she was doing, if I might feel something, she made something I was so nervous about into something that was so smooth and I'm so grateful for that

My care provider was awesome. I was very nervous for my appointment for many reasons, but I was met with understanding and gentleness. My care provider answered all of my questions and even recommended some things I can add to my daily routine to help out my situation. I am very thankful.
