Shante TRULY listened to all of my concerns. She explained the Cleveland Clinic process as it would relate to my situation. She gave met he first glimmer of hope that I would actually start to feel better some day.

Shante was very on the ball from moment she walked in. I have not been to a dr in a while, so I was very relaxed and happy with her in the office. She got right down to business and was very professional and knowledgeable the whole time there. My only regret is she is leaving.
