She is a saint. She was very patient with Mom and answered all of her questions. She was very professional and thorough. You know she's good when Mom speaks highly of the care provider after her appointment.

Shante TRULY listened to all of my concerns. She explained the Cleveland Clinic process as it would relate to my situation. She gave met he first glimmer of hope that I would actually start to feel better some day.
