Ms Martinez is wonderful! At this visit, she attempted to change the software in my 3 year old hearing aids. During this visit and the Initial visit when she did a hearing test, she was very thorough, listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions. She was very helpful -- and very pleasant too.

This process for hearing aids has been long. Too many appts. Dr visit then hearing evaluation then another to discuss aids and order then another to get the device another to see how they are working. First three visits should all be together. Hard to get first appt then ag as in for next. Takes more than a month to actually get the aids. That one I can be a little more understanding about at least schedule the ordering consultation at the first sppt
