This process for hearing aids has been long. Too many appts. Dr visit then hearing evaluation then another to discuss aids and order then another to get the device another to see how they are working. First three visits should all be together. Hard to get first appt then ag as in for next. Takes more than a month to actually get the aids. That one I can be a little more understanding about at least schedule the ordering consultation at the first sppt

Dr. Martinez is a wonderful and fully caring audiologist, who continues to assist me with my hearing aids.

I am so pleased that Dr Martinez was assigned to me as my audiologist. She was patient and answered all my questions. She did not rush us even though we went over our allotted time. I went in nervous about up coming procedure but left comfortable about going ahead with it. Had additional questions the next day and she responded in a timely manner
