I haven't looked at the summary yet to give to my VA primary care doctor but during the video, the provider discussed things to ensure my VA rating and care would continue for this condition & healing process.

She has been super helpful and reassuring when other doctors at Cleveland clinic have not been. She's given me options .

This wasn't online but in person.Jordan is very caring, calming and reassurance.. She easily putted me at ease, immediately upon meeting each time. I highly recommend her.

After having bowel problems for over 2 years, Stephanie was the first person who actually listened to me. Other doctors were only interested in getting me into surgery. Stephanie put me on fiber with very specific instructions on how to start and increase. That has actually mostly solved the issue!!!! She was a life-saver!! She also got me an appointment with a gastro dr, a nutritionist, and pelvic physical therapy! She has also had me back for follow-ups to keep track of me (that is a first)!!! She is very professional and relatable!! What an asset to Cleveland Clinic she is!!!!
