Contacting any doctors office is a chore. I have never been able to contact a doctor's office directly. I always get an operator who has to transfer me, sometimes more than once. When I leave a message, usually via my chart, usually get a response in a reasonable timeframe. In the last year there have been two occasions when I got a call back within a couple hours. I was really pleased.
