Dr Kanters is a friendly outgoing person putting you at ease

Reviewed on Oct 29, 2024

This was my first visit with Dr. Kanters after several years seeing Dr. Tracy Hull. Dr. Kanters had obviously reviewed my records and prepared prior to the appointment. She was pleasant and positive, professional and encouraging, personable and energetic. I am pleased with the change!

Reviewed on Oct 29, 2024

Dr. Kanters listened to my medical dilemna and offered options to improve my quality of life. She gave me a fiber chart to follow and other options to relieve my fecal incontinence. No other doctor I saw in the past three years was as helpful as Dr. Kanters. She's the best!

I have had this chronic issue for 9 years, and doctor cantors was the first 12 help identify the cause.

The 2 nurses and Dr Kanters were Amazing!! The Fellow with Dr Kanters was demeaning and rude. He'd interrupt then go back to a previous question he stopped me from answering. At one point, my husband got so upset that HE started answering the questions!! Luckily, I was able to ask him to leave during the exam.

Reviewed on Oct 8, 2024

I don't mind Fellows but the one I had on my initial visit was arrogant and rude. Typically, I encourage them to remain with the MD during my care. I'm an RN of 30 years, I understand the process, but he really tainted my experience at CCF. I'm Thankful you give patients the option of having them leave. I've only had one other negative experience with a Fellow or PA while at CC so I guess it's not common.
