Jo Ellen spent plenty of time with me, answered all of my questions and gave great advice. She never made me feel rushed.

At the visit, Joellen explained my condition and treatment very thoroughly. Joellen was great at communicating back to me when I messaged her through My Chart or called the office, either messaging me back or calling me herself. She took the initiative to consult with a GI specialist for further treatment options, which I greatly appreciated.
