I am always concerned that when things don't go perfectly it's because I messed up in some way. When the doc wasn't there at the start time, I thought I might have done something wrong. I think I was told to wait, but I wasn't sure that meant he was delayed.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated. My insurance is Medicaid and I have gotten used to be treated 2nd rate by most healthcare providers, however, everyone I encountered at Cleveland Clinic treated me like I was just as good as everyone else. You'd never know I had Medicaid. I appreciate the level of care and concern. Great chairside, bedside manner.
