Nurse Rackus showed compassion and patience during my visit. As previously stated, I felt very comfortable and at ease asking her questions and expressing my concerns. Nurse Rackus was gentle and professional during my examination. She took the time to explain what she was doing, and why. I would definitely recommend her to others. She is truly one of the very best medical providers I have had in years.

Melissa is great in bed side manner, answering questions on my health, providing options and recommendations for on going work on myself. I'm thrilled with her and would recommend her to others.

She was very attentive and caring She answered all of my questions and did a thorough examination. I was very pleased with the care that I received. I made an appointment to see her again next year.

It did seem like I had to ask about side effects and then she did go back to look it up, maybe they should do that from the beginning.

Melissa was very responsible and concerned for my condition, so that even on a Saturday she reached out to Radiology in an effort to schedule an ultrasound asap.

The care provider, Melissa Rackus, was very professional, pleasant, considerate, and caring. I felt very comfortable discussing my female issues and concerns with her. She answered my questions and provided me with options and possible treatments.She is the only care provider I will see even if others are available for an earlier appointment.

No followup from provider. All they did was post results in mychart. I asked questions and had followup questions and they disabled the messaging option. Nobody called me. And she rushed me at the end of the appointment as I was trying to express a concern. Terrible experience.

Ordered labs that were not explicitly discussed during our visit - neglected to have conversation about labs ordered so she did not have my informed consent.

I have never felt more comfortable talking about healthcare situations before. The NP was super friendly and made me feel comfortable about what I was asking. She was extremely helpful about questions that I was concerned with.
