Industry Relationships
Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Office staff and nurses are very responsive via MyChart, and make every effort to answer questions and solve problems. Dr. Daniel Krajcik is a very good physician who listens very well and gives straight answers to questions and concerns. He is not reluctant to refer you to specialists or for diagnostic testing when the information gathered will be useful. He's also a person that I like and trust.

In any academic health care provider it is always difficult to secure an appointment. Services are in demand and as specialization becomes the norm potential patients will be sourcing services from a more limited list.

Dr. Krajcik is an especially good listener. When I have an appointment with him I feel that I have his full attention. As an older person this is important because in other circumstances we feel dismissed.

Again, loved the doctor, but the wait times to get in to see someone can be extreme. Again, we are choosing a PCP. I got into see the doctor because it was a follow-up to a hospital visit and that still was nearly three weeks out. My wife is also trying to establish the same PCP for our family. Her earliest visit was scheduled out nearly 3 months...
