I felt extremely rushed. First she said everybody in xray was good and then, no I have a fracture. Not much explanations. First, okay to let arm hand, then I left there with no idea.

Laura was great. Very professional and efficient. She listened to me and asked a lot of questions. She explained everything very clearly

I felt like I was barely listened to. She made me feel like I was answering the questions wrong or I wasn't making sense. When she examined my knee, she kept telling me to relax. I was in immense pain, and she was jerking me around with no care. I couldn't relax any further because she was making me uncomfortable! I didn't want her hands on me any longer.

Laura was excellent. She took the time to listen to my concern, did a thorough exam and explained possible diagnosis. She also discussed treatment options and worked me in for an injection within 2 days. She was professional and knowledgeable. I left the visit with recovery plan feeling encouraged.

No problem with the content of the information. I was comfortable with the analysis of my condition. However, the delivery was lightning fast and it was hard to catch it all, especially when in a good amount of pain. Not sure if this is provider style or scheduling dictates or something else

This was honestly one of the best specialists I've ever seen at Cleveland Clinic. Very knowledgeable and answered every question I had, took my problem seriously and offered great guidelines for keeping my knee in working order. Really great doctor and super smart.

Laura was amazing. She explained and demonstrated everything I needed to know. It's been a week and I'm feeling so much better, thanks to her taking the time with me at my visit.

Provider was rude and condescending, and dismissed my concerns about possibly having another DVT. I went to the ER, where an ultrasound showed that I did in fact have another DVT.

Great experience could not believe how easy it was. Getting the x-ray first was a big help. Usually see the doc, then xray then doc again. This process was far better.

Never got to see the doctor only once and she told me I needed x-ray of my shoulder after waiting another 10 minutes when I return and waiting again while waiting for the doctor again I decided not to wait any longer because all together I had been waiting 40 minutes and only seen the doctor for 5 minutes. Not the doctor for me!!!

Laura LeBlanc was fantastic I wish I could give her 100 stars. She is very personable and empathetic. Laura explained everything so I could understand. I was very impressed with her wealth of knowledge

The PA Jeanblanc seemed rushed during her exam of my elbow. She wanted me to do some flexibility exercises with my hands and arms and I had a hard time following through on what she was asking me to do. When she gave me the medicall term of my condition, she did not talk in laymen's terms to help me understand what this condition really meant. I read up on the condition after I received her notes from My Chart. I had more questions when I left than when I came and because of her hurriedness, I did not feel comfortable asking her any questions.

Laura Jeanblanc, PA-C spoke extremely fast, and assumed that I knew what she was talking about. It was very frustrating to understand what she was saying.

Felt NP was not very helpful when I messaged her a few days later without relief of intense pain despite initiating all her treatment suggestions. Her response after 2 more days was to see pain management.

Laura talked sooooo fast. It was like it was an inconvenience for me being there and she had to get back to something else. I would like to differentiate this from a quick visit. It wasn't the length of time of the visit but the manner in which she spoke to me.

Rushed. In a sense, that's how I felt. Care provider was professional and ultimately screened me for a a referral to a specialist, but she spoke so rapidly that I had difficulty processing her recommendations for OTC meds (which weren't on the after visit summary). To her credit, she noticed that I wasn't following along and write down her recommendations on my paperwork as we reviewed the after visit summary.

She is an excellent provider. She took a long time with me to figure out a problem with my knee. She with her peer and I left in less pain that I came in with. In addition, she followed up with me about some lab results. Laura is an asset to Cleveland Clinic
