Melissa answered my questions and noticed my Bones might be weaker. She ordered a new blood test and changed my medication. She's very intelligent and thoughtful!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Melissa Gruca. I'm sure she doesn't even realize the impact that she has made on my life. I see her to address endocrine and weight loss issues but she has guided me and provided advice in many other areas as well. She is the reason I finally started to explore my mental health and try therapy. My visits with her are therapeutic in their own way. She remembers what all I have going on and is one of the kindest, genuine, caring and knowledgeable people that I have ever met. She has also provided me so many helpful resources. I am very grateful for the care I receive from Melissa Gruca.

Melissa Grucca excels as a Nurse Practitioner and is completely in tune with my condition and status. She provides adjustments to my medications as needed to address changes in my blood test results and refers to my historical trends data while I provide personal feedback.

Couldn't connect to zoom and when reaching office she would not do visit over regular phone. Rescheduled to in office visit but 2 months away. I'm not tech savvy so the zoom visit never goes right. I will no longer take zoom appointment.

This was the first time meeting Melissa. First there was an NP student, who also showed care & concern. Then when Melissa came in we could tell she was very caring and compassionate AND knowledgeable - just the way we'd expect a nurse practitioner to be. Thank you

Melissa Gruca is absolutely wonderful! I wish she could be my provider for all areas lol She is so easy to talk to, very understanding, kind, remembers what we have previously talked about and what all I have going on and explores all options with me. I am very thankful for her because she helped me get started on my mental health journey as well. Cleveland Clinic needs more providers like her.

Melissa Gruca is an OUTSTANDING provider. I have been her patient for several years. She is incredibly helpful. I have a number of endocrinology issues and Melissa always makes time to review my current situation with various conditions and collaboratively discusses next steps.

This department is way too busy. My doctor got sick, cancelled my appointment, and the soonest I could be scheduled was 6 months out! I reached out to ombudsman and finally got on a cancelation list. I ended up with Melissa. She was excellent but is not a doctor.
