Everything about this visit was outstanding. Prior to this visit its been a struggle to get seen and to iterate through potential treatments in a timely manner. Cleveland Clinic needs to hire more doctors. I was offered a six month wait for a video visit and an infinite wait for in-person with my doctor and the web portal in no way indicated that there was an option to see other staff.

Kathryn is always very pleasant and informative. She provides medication options if/when appropriate and discusses the pros/cons of them. I never feel rushed which makes me feel like I'm her only patient.

I really like having video visits as an option. It allows me to select the health care provider I want rather than just the one who is the closest. Also, since I live 62 miles from the main Cleveland Clinic campus, this saves me about 2.5 hours of drive time.
