She hadn't read the pre-visit form I filled out because I mentioned having extreme fatigue and she never brought it up. When I did, she asked if I'd tried melatonin. I said I had in the past and it didn't do anything for me. She moved on to her next question -- no interest in discussing further, offering help. Overall, it was clear the the whole "annual exam" purpose was to tick the "done" box for Medicare. Waste of my time.

My regular doctor ( Dr. William Damm ) is part time, semi retired. I chose Mallory she was familiar with my history and concerns.

I found the physical I received from the NP to not be exactly the same as the one's I've had in the past with my Primary Care Doctor. It didn't seem to be as thorough.

The care provider was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, taking time to address all my concerns and making sure that I had asked all my questions. I never felt hurried through the process, and felt I was viewed as a living patient, not simply a number or a statistic. I felt she was treating ME as a person, and not just a medical condition.
