I was very worried since I was establishing with a new provider, but she was amazing! Truly cared and was in depth with my appointment!

Courtney is an amazing caregiver. She takes the time to genuinely get to know you, has fantastic bedside manner and exemplifies the qualities you want in a provider. I would recommend her to anyone.

I could not say ENOUGH good things about Courtney Thomas. Like immediately felt like I was with someone who would understand my concerns, she was funny, efficient, knowledgeable, nice, and made a literal pap smear FUN which is hard. I reccommended her to about 5 people within 20 minutes of leaving the clinic. She is a star, you should give her a raise.

I logged onto the virtual visit 2 minutes past the start time. I waited until 15 minutes past the visit start time and the provider finally logged on and said "sorry you were late, so I was busy with another task" . Very unprofessional way to start our visit. Provider had not looked over any of my test results or reason for the visit ( at least it did not feel that way)

Courtney Thomas, CNP, always goes above and beyond to address all my concerns and I always leave feeling confident and heard. More care providers should follow her lead. She has an exceptional bedside manner, and is prompt and thorough in setting up any follow up needed with other providers. I leave with peace of mind and always look forward to seeing her again.

Ms Thomas was excellent, thorough, professional, pleasant, very current and resourceful. It was one of the best appointments I have had in a long time, coming from a younger generation. I was so very pleased by this awaited appointment. She does the institution proud!!!

Courtney was everything she was breathe of fresh air compared to dealing with the staff I dealt with in my last pregnancy I was able to easily express my concerns to me she gave me advice on how to and who to address my concerns with and questions that I could ask if I'm unsure about things. The only thing I wish is that she had more time I know she has to see other patients but it feels good when you know you're not being rushed or taking up too much time because they have to make it to their next patient.

Courtney was the BEST experience we had with any health care person. She was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. She made us both feel comfortable in a situation that can be very nerve racking. We would choose her for everything if we could. Could not praise her more and tell you about how good she must make all of her patients feel everyday. You are extremely lucky to have her

Courtney was amazing!! It was the first ultrasound got our baby and she made it comfortable and enjoyable as we discovered were we're having twins! She's a gem!! She was running behind and didn't make us feel rushed. She answered our questions and shared information.

I absolutely loved this NP. I had a difficult miscarriage and she was such a joy to talk to. She talked me through a panic attack and was the most down to earth practitioner I've ever met. Such a wonderful woman! Definitely should be the forefront of women's healthcare
