Dr. Ramchand is excellent! He was very thorough in explaining the medical issues and options. He included family in discussions. He went above his obligations by arranging a TEE at 6:30am the next morning since the schedule was already full and the test was important for clinical decisions. He exemplifies that high quality health care is still possible! We are grateful.
