Biography

About Dingfeng Li, MD

Dr. Li is a staff physician at the Endocrinology and Metabolism Institute of the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. After graduating with honors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2014, he completed internal medicine residency at the John Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago and was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2018. Concurrent to residency training, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research at the Rush University. He then completed a three-year clinical and research fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he had an academic rank of Assistant Professor in Medicine. He joined the Cleveland Clinic after graduating from the fellowship in 2021. He currently holds an academic rank of Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Li has a strong clinical and research interest in pituitary and adrenal disorders. He has published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts of original research and review in major endocrinology journals. He is an active member with several medical professional societies. He has been recognized by academic societies with various scholarship and travel awards.
