I am always pleased with the service I receive from Rachel Fredericksen. I always have a good experience from my office visit. She is prompt, pleasant, thorough, she listens and give advice to my health issues and I highly recommend her to other patients.

I was very impressed with Dr Rachel. She is a well-rounded physician. Very knowledgeable in her field with a great demeanor and positive attitude. Rachel was able to address any questions I had with positive feedback.

Rachel is always very considerate and caring. She is has always been very careful to cover all the bases and get a consult whenever she felt there was any issue of concern , including on this occasion.

I did not request an appointment with a PA and the scheduler failed to disclose this information. Scheduling necessary appointments with Cleveland Clinic is always a nightmare--the hold time, the number of months (sometimes years) I have to wait before I can see a provider, whole departments never answering their phones, etc.

The provider didn't listen to any of my concerns or my relevant medical history. She insisted I needed to narrow my problems down to one main problem (despite the problems all being related). I had to convince her to scope me to look at my vocal cords, had to ask questions repeatedly to get an answer, and essentially had to conduct my own appointment. My own medical experience has given me more relevant ENT knowledge than this provider demonstrated in the entirety of the appointment. She wasted my time and dismissed my pain and discomfort.
