Working with Mary Louise Tatum is a wonderful and positive experience. I feel very comfortable sharing my needs/concerns. She listens well and asks good questions and explains information clearly and invites my input as we discuss treatment options and solutions.

It was my first visit with Ms. Tatum and she was excellent. Extremely professional and very friendly. A very relaxing meeting while she worked on bringing my history up to date and then working with me on existing issues I may have. Looking forward to working with her again.

The provider was defensive and a bit confrontational with some of the health related questions I asked. I left the appointment feeling unsupported and as if she did not care about my outcome.

She was disengaged for the whole visit. She did not assess my symptoms, how the medications are working. Disappointed.

Ms Tatum was very belittling and was overall unhelpful and made many of my struggles seem mild, inconsequential, and frivolous. She dismissed many of my concerns, and passed judgment on my diagnoses after one session. At times it felt like she was making fun of me and/or judging me.

She was cold and callous. It was an unpleasant experience and for someone in the mental health profession she showed little compassion.
