My representative was so kind. I couldn't hear well at all out of my right ear and she got me into the doctor within an hour or so. I am very grateful for her.

I would have liked to get an appointment sooner. I waited for over a month to get In to see my provider. But I was more than satisfied with the appointment

The provider explained my condition in words I could understand. He explained why more testing was needed. He answered all my questions. He showed care and concern and was thoughtful and kind to explain things more than once so I could understand better. He took his time with me.

The main item here is the "bedside-manner" of the "ENT-Doctor" who saw me! And to that, I say that he was one of the most pleasant & respectful doctors that I have ever came across! I honestly wish all doctors were like him!

He made me feel heard. He made me feel comfortable and confident and explained everything well. I feel better than I did. His treatment took care of a huge problem, I can hear now out of my left ear. Previous hearing loss was way into needing a hearing aid. I will get one as frequencies still off but I can understand people! Incredible doctor
