I am a physician. I was very impressed with the whole experience at Cleveland Clinic especially this physician. He was obviously well trained. He was very attentive to my history. He took a relaxed approach interacting with us. He gave us a lot of information and answered our concerns. Very common sense approach. I would recommend him highly.

Overall the experience was good. The appointment had to be scheduled months in advance, but staff was very accommodating by adjusting the date when it was discovered I had been scheduled with the wrong doctor/specialist. From there everything went as scheduled.

Very professional and offer a solution to my problem that no other Cardoligist had discussed with me. Also followed up with me later that day.

Dr Nakhla is a great physician!

Reviewed on Nov 10, 2023

My appointment went very well and the Doctor answered all my questions. I just have one concern; he did not listen to my heart at all. I didn't realize that until I left the examination. I thought that had been done in the past and should continue to be done. If I am incorrect, please excuse.

Reviewed on Oct 18, 2023

I finally gave up on my original physician because he's too busy to get an appointment with. So I asked to be switched to Dr. Nakhla's practice. That was the only frustration, that my original EP physician is simply too busy to attend to all of his patients, and I had spent too much trying on too many occasions so it wasn't worth it and Dr. Nakhla is very good as well.

Reviewed on Oct 13, 2023

I chose very good because excellent or outstanding were not options. Dr. Shady Nakhla was so informative, patient, respected my opinion and overall I am extremely happy with him and Dr. Carmona Rubio as my cardiac team.

Reviewed on Sep 15, 2023

I am very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Nakhla. He explained my medical condition in greater detail than previous medical caregivers. He also shared information about atrial fibrillation symptoms that will help me identify when I am not in sinuous rhythm. More importantly he clearly laid out the various treatments for AF and the choices I have. He supported my decision to have a cardio version procedure. After my appointment I was very comfortable with having him as my electrophysiologist. I could not have been more pleased with having him as my caregiver.

When I called to make an appt I was told I already had one with Dr Knakhla on August 30. That was never scheduled with me and I was unaware. If I was only informed by way of my chart that is probably not good because I and I am sure others do not always read or see what is on there.
