• Urology Nurse Practitioner in Outpatient and Inpatient setting (01/2021-06/2023).
  Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree (08/2022)- DNP Project: “Improving Nurses Use of Coude’ Catheters for Males at Risk for Difficult Urethral Catheterization: A Quality Improvement Pilot Project” Post intervention data analysis showed an increased rate of coude’ catheter use of 96% in males > age 50, thus proving an overall 60% POSITIVE INCREASE. 

  Strong background in program and project management. Have successfully prepared for and lead numerous Joint Commission Disease Specific Surveys. Have facilitated numerous successful and sustainable hospital process improvement initiatives including; Emergency Department (ED) TeleStroke, ED Stroke Direct-to-CT SOP achieving a 33% reduction rate in Door-to-CT stroke code metric, ED Acute Stroke Guideline protocol development, Euclid Stroke Support Group development, achieved the #1 ranking in Ohio Coverdell benchmark report for "patients having a Neurologist f/u appointment prior to hospital discharge", with a linked decline in readmission rates, and rolled out and assisted with in-patient TeleNeurology coverage model in 2020. In 2020, added the ED Walk-In/Triage Stroke Direct-to-CT SOP process improvement to decrease Door-to-Times.
