Dr.was very caring and explaiined well to me as to what I should do to minimize my problem in the short term and what to expect in the long term. Overall the visit was very productive . Dr. Showed great empathy and wanted to help me to the most.

My appointment was on time, and while their they reviewed my Medical Records, Tests and did my vitals. The Nurse was very courteous, polite and explained everything in detail about my condition, and if any problems to call her office immeditely...Thank You

The doctor and nurse were excellent. The procedure was horrific. No one will ever do that to me again while I'm awake. The 2 previous procedures where they placed a stent and then blasted the stone were done while I was out under anesthesia. This should have been done in the same manner. I could not go through that again.

I would not recommend anyone get a stent removed with a scope while awake. Absolutely the most horrific terrifying form of torture I have ever experienced. This survey is giving me anxiety thinking about what was done to me. The doctor and nurse were excellent - the procedure was the most inhumane form of torture I will never forget. If I was out for the previous procedures I expect the same for the removal. Never again.
