Kristen Dahlhausen has a way of putting one at ease. She is very professional, respectful and kind. She listened carefully to my answers to her questions and patiently answered the questions I had. She gave me a lot of good information, explained my options and assisted me in deciding how to move forward. I hope to follow up with her again. Kristen is a real asset to Cleveland Clinic, and I am grateful I was referred to her.

Dr Dahlhausen was superb. I began by saying "I hope I'm not wasting your time". But as she explained what she had observed, it became apparent that more testing would be beneficial. She recommended PT, a battery of tests for my dizziness and an MRI. All will take place within ten days. I am so grateful for the expert attention she gave me. She was especially empathic when I told her I wanted to walk the Camino. She gave me a positive response, and I was touched. I hope she's with the Clinic for a long time to come. She asked a lot of good questions and she listened to my responses. Thanks many times over.

She was a warm and friendly practitioner. She took plenty of time to hear my concerns and asked follow up questions to understand fully. As I became emotional during the evaluation she offered empathy and kindness. I was VERY impressed with her knowledge, bed side manner, and follow thru.
