My care was excellent. Rebekke took her time with me. She was in communication with Dr Perry when my situation was a little more than expected to get his opinion of the treatment even though she knew what needed to be done. I felt very confident in the treatment I received .

She gave me a bad feeling as soon as she entered the room. She started off asking me a question that should have been reviewed in my chart! Literally "have you been here before" I was there seeing Dr. Gordon for the exact same reason a year prior. With my nerves already high I was just uncomfortable and she made no effort to ease that. She was extremely rough during the procedure itself. I know there was no reason for me to be in that much pain because I've had it done before and it was painless. She was just moving too quick and her bedside manner was terrible towards me. I hope to never have to see her again.

Originally my appoint was in beechwood. Then it got changed to independence. The federal and appointment was made for Dr Hwang but ended up with CNP Rebecca

She was phenomenal,I will recommend her to anyone. She's very calming, and confident,she did not rush me through even though I was most likely one of the last patients that day. Wish more doctors were just like her.

Dr Hammad is always very kind and listens to everything I have to say. She has always made me feel like she really does have my concerns in mind and does everything to make me feel like I have had all my questions answered. I never leave thinking I dont know what is going on.
