When asked if I had questions I said after I have time to absorb everything I would have questions. I sent a message thru patient portal. Received a message back from not the Dr and never have I received my answers

I had the pleasure of meeting an intern and I hope when he is done with internship he has a full time job at Cleveland Clinic!! I am a firm believer of compatibility as patient/doctor. This doctor was very thorough, compassionate, understanding and I could go on but the most important thing I felt after talking with him was the understanding from him.

Reviewed on Oct 28, 2024

Dr. Tankha was an incredibly nice and caring doctor. He treated me with the utmost respect and took time with me to ensure all of my questions had been answered. Dr. Tankha came up with a comprehensive plan to address my medical issues.

Reviewed on Oct 23, 2024

Appointment began with resident/fellow. Opened questions with why I was being seen? I have been seeing Dr Tankha since 2021and have a history established with him. I would have thought she would have read that and why I am having a follow up.

Reviewed on Oct 23, 2024

With the symptoms I was having during this visit, seeing me in person would have been a better way of evaluating my symptoms that were in a flare up.Overall dr Tankha seemed stumped as to how proceed which is unusual for him. That made me feel hopeless. I had an in person appointment with another dr that validated my symptoms and could see that I am not well just within a couple days of dr Tankha. That's why I think in person would have been better. Dr Tankha is usually helpful.

The doctor was great. He was extremely professional and so helpful.

What a huge difference from my normal experiences and it was great! I'm still shocked at the facility itself and a whole floor of the building is dedicated to pain management. The staff was extremely helpful, everyone had a smile and super helpful with everything! The ketamine suite was like I designed it myself but better. Dr. Tonka was like sitting with a friend talking and catching up with them. I've become skeptical of doctors and the things they say but this was certainly not that. What a breath of fresh air. The whole experience was awesome and completely blew me away. Thank you to everyone that made it possible!

Dr. Butt along with my wife and I discussed a plan and it's so good to have a plan. Dr. Butt is to the point and I like that a lot, I don't have enough doctors that are like that. He laid out the risks, the benefits and the steps to get through the process in an orderly fashion. I do like "orderly."
